Dorado Scout is a range of wobblers designed primarily for river fishing. Developed by Darek Małysz with trout and sea trout in mind, Scout is built to perform reliably in varied and often powerful current. It combines stable running with a pronounced but not overly aggressive action.
One of the key features of the Scout is its ability to hold strongly in the current. The lure remains stable even when retrieved upstream, allowing anglers to cover fast shallow stretches as well as deeper channels and areas behind obstacles where river predators often hold.
The smaller 4 cm (1.6 in) model is particularly well suited to trout and barbel. It is available as a 5 g floating version and a 7 g sinking version. With a running depth of approximately 1.5 m, it can be effectively worked through typical trout runs and faster sections of a river.

The series has been tested on a wide range of Polish rivers, including waters in Pomerania and Roztocze as well as the San, Wisłoka and Wisłok river systems.
