FISHING-MART INTERNET SHOP REGULATIONS FOR FOREIGN CLIENTS
TERMS OF PAYMENT
User can pay for ordered commodity only by a credit card (DotPay or PayPal system).
The minimal amount of money required to execute any order is 50 PLN. (14€)
DELIVERY OF ORDERED COMMODITY
Ordered commodities will be send to the user within 14 weekdays from the moment of taking the order by the shop service. We will do whatever we can to shorten this time to the minimum. In some exceptional cases time of delivery may be lengthen. If so, the client will be informed about it. Ordered commodity will be delivered by hauler on the cost of the user. Fishing-Mart is responsible for any damage of the commodity and it's loss. If it is impossible for the hauler to send the package to a particular country the client will by informed about this occurrence immediately.

The LOYALTY SYSTEM
Please send the order on prizes from the time after the dispatch of the order on angling equipment.
In another time, such order will be canceled, and points come back on the balance of the account.
Points are not counted for the orders in which the discount was considered.
TERMS OF COMPLAINT
Before sending, the commodity is being precisely checked in order to reach it's destination in state of full value. If you would like to complain the commodity you would have to send it to us and pay the cost of sending it back to you after the complain is being accepted.
CHANGES IN YOUR ORDER
If your order has not been send yet, you can add or remove a product from it's content or change it to something else form our shop. Everything according to our client's needs.
Principles of parcel receipt:
1. On Fishing-Mart parcels, one finds white tape with the shop name in green letters. The tape pattern can be seen at this address.

In case a delivered parcel should be covered with a different tape, please do not accept such parcel. Such parcel could have been opened.
2. During parcel receipt, the client should check the state of the external packaging (check, whether it is complete and intact).
If any damages of the parcel are identified (crushing, perforations, fractures, signs of opening), the damages should be immediately recorded - in the presence of the courier of the forwarding company or the post office employee - in a complaint report. Such parcel should not be accepted and the client should immediately get in touch with the shop service (e-mail).
Only such report is considered to be the basis for recognizing a complaint related to a parcel sent by a courier service. The report must be prepared at the moment of parcel delivery and not later !!!
3. Please, do not accept parcels that have been damaged during transport.
In case such a parcel should be accepted by a client, the Fishing-Mart shop shall not responsible for damaged goods sent in such a parcel.
The client assumes full responsibility for the parcel and the goods contained inside.
4. In case a parcel cannot be accepted, please inform the courier or a post office employee, why the parcel has not been accepted.
5. The Fishing-Mart shop is responsible for possible damages during transport (this does not apply to parcels accepted by clients) or for a loss of a parcel. |
