Ultegra CI 4 XSA
 
When it comes to extreme distance casting, more speed equals more distance. That''s why we have used Ci4 (an exclusive blend of carbon and polyamide), to build the super lightweight "Big Pit" Ultegra XSA Ci4. The largest 14000 model weighs in at only 640g, a saving of over 15% on previous models, making it easier to move during the cast which generates more tip speed in the rod.
Fitted with all of the best "S" System features, plus a Cold Forged AR-C spool, closer meshed Aerowrap II, along with 2 speed oscillation for unparalleled line lay, when it comes to distance the Ultegra XSA easily gives you more.
Available in two large sizes (10000 and 14000) and two medium sizes (4500 and 5500), all models have 5 shielded AR-B ball bearings plus a roller bearing and an easy maintenance port for simple lubrication to keep the Ultegra running perfectly. The front drag offers precise control when playing fish and works in harmony with the powerful single handle that keeps you in control at all times. For extreme distance anglers you''ll be pleased to know that not only does the Ultegra Ci4 cast further, all models retrieve over 100cm of line with every turn of the handle.
