Hunter Champion is a range of small sinking river lures designed primarily for chub and ide. They are also well suited to trout, while the larger model can be an effective choice when targeting barbel.
One of Champion’s key features is its very tight, lively action combined with pronounced side flashing. The lure works strongly even at low retrieve speeds and can be held almost in one place when allowed to work against a gentle current.
Champion is relatively heavy for its compact size. The concentrated weight helps with longer casts and makes it easier to reach and accurately cover river holding areas, including fish positioned farther from the bank.
The 3.1 cm Champion is particularly well suited to light fishing for chub, ide and trout, and is especially useful for spring ide fishing. It can be retrieved conventionally or simply held in the current and allowed to work almost on the spot.

Hunter is a Polish fishing lure brand with roots in handcrafted lure making. Production of Hunter lures began in 2009, while Hunter Polska was established in 2010.
The Hunter range includes a wide selection of spinning lures designed for different predatory fish. It includes lures for asp, trout, chub, ide, pike and zander, as well as small surface lures, river models, lipless lures and jerkbaits.
Individual series are developed for specific fishing styles and conditions – from subtle presentations with small chub and trout lures, through surface fishing for asp, to heavier lures for pike and zander. This makes it possible to choose a Hunter lure for rivers, lakes or Trout Area fisheries.
