Steve has won few competitions, with titles like Fish 'O' Mania, Parkdean Masters, and Whiteacre Festival under his belt. The man is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to competition fishing. Ringers is a family business headed by Philip Ringer, Steve's brother, who, along with his father, Geoff, also won numerous angling titles. Initially, Ringers specialized in pellets, which coincided with Steve Ringer establishing a brand for expander baits and pellets, a skill he became so proficient in that he founded the England Feeder Team.
