Savage Gear Fury SG6 Boat rods are powerful sea fishing rods designed for heavy fishing from a boat. The series is intended for use with large and extra-heavy lures and for targeting large cod, coalfish and halibut.
All models are 2.13 m long and feature a Moderate-Fast action. Depending on the version, the casting weight is 100–250 g, 150–400 g or 200–600 g, while the power is 12–20 lb, 20–30 lb or 30–50 lb.
The rods are built on Japanese Torayca carbon blanks and fitted with FUJI reel seats, SeaGuide CCS stainless steel guides with SiN rings and cork handles.
