Abu Garcia Revo X VoltiQ is a low profile baitcasting reel equipped with the VoltiQ electronic cast control system. Built on the Revo X platform, its actively controlled braking system provides more precise spool control during the cast and makes it easier to adapt the reel to different lures and fishing conditions.
The VoltiQ system monitors spool speed and adjusts braking force during the different phases of the cast. Ten settings are available, ranging from modes focused on maximum casting distance to stronger braking for windy conditions, heavier lures or situations where greater spool control is required.
The VoltiQ electronic system requires no batteries, while the braking module is sealed to an IPX8 rating. This makes the system practical for regular fishing without the need for an additional power source or battery replacement.
