Daiwa 23 Exceler LT is a lightweight spinning reel built around the AIRDRIVE Design concept. The lightweight AIRDRIVE ROTOR reduces initial resistance during retrieve and lowers the weight at the front of the reel, improving balance, sensitivity and lure control.
The ZAION V body provides a rigid and deformation-resistant housing for the TOUGH DIGIGEAR gearing, supporting durable and smooth operation. The ATD Type-L drag releases line evenly under load with low initial resistance, making it easier to control larger fish during the fight.
The forged aluminium ABS Longcast spool with its specially shaped lip supports long casts, while Cross Wrap line lay ensures even line distribution. The Twist Buster III line roller is optimised for braided lines, while the lightweight AIRDRIVE bail helps reduce the risk of line tangles. The reel also features a CNC-machined aluminium handle screwed directly into the body.
