Shimano Soare A-Jig is a metal jig lure designed primarily for targeting mackerel with light and ultralight tackle. It can be fished vertically from a boat or worked on the drop from either shore or boat.Its forward-weighted design produces a fast fall combined with a pronounced side-to-side action as the lure sinks. This allows the jig to be presented effectively through different depths.The range includes a 6.5 g version in several colour patterns. Its low weight makes it well suited to light saltwater fishing and a more subtle lure presentation.Soare A-Jig can also be used for ice fishing, including when targeting species such as perch and pike.
