Dorado Jumper is a sinking jerkbait designed for active, fast-paced pike fishing. Unlike lures that require a slow presentation, Jumper shows its full potential when worked with a more aggressive retrieve.
The lure measures 12 cm / 4.7 in and weighs 50 g. The manufacturer recommends working it with longer pulls of the rod tip, which make the lure dart from side to side while also rolling onto its flank and producing a pronounced flashing effect.
This action is particularly well suited to situations when pike are active and respond better to a faster-moving lure. Jumper can be fished dynamically by varying both the retrieve speed and the length of each rod pull.
Dorado Jumper can also be used for trolling. The manufacturer specifically mentions successful use of this jerkbait in shallow water of around 1 m depth.
