Floating WF lines with a long head for dry fly fishing

Guideline Highwater Classic WF is a range of floating WF fly lines designed primarily for technical dry fly fishing. The long head provides good line control at short, medium and longer distances while supporting delicate presentations. The taper consists of a 4–4.6 m front taper, a long 6.8–7.4 m level belly and a 1.8–2.2 m rear taper. Total head length ranges from 12.5 to 14.3 m depending on line weight. This design helps create smooth, stable loops and supports the turnover of long, delicate dry fly leaders. The currently listed models are floating #6 and #7 lines with a total length of 30 m and head weights of 17 and 19 g respectively. The bright green head transitions to a bone-white running line, providing a clear reference point during casting.
