Lew's SuperDuty Baitcast Reel 2nd Gen

Lew's SuperDuty Baitcast Reel 2nd Gen is a heavy-duty baitcasting reel designed for anglers who demand maximum strength, durability, and control when targeting large predatory fish. The SuperDuty series was created for working heavy lures and for situations where the reel must withstand high loads and intense use.

The reel is built around a one-piece aluminum frame that provides outstanding structural rigidity and eliminates flex during fights with powerful fish. This solid construction ensures stable performance even under heavy pressure and during demanding fishing sessions.

Smooth operation is delivered by an 11-bearing system with stainless steel double-shielded ball bearings that improve reel smoothness while also increasing corrosion resistance. Combined with solid brass Speed Gears® and the P2 Super Pinion® bearing-supported pinion gear, the reel offers powerful cranking performance and long-term durability with reduced gear wear.

The reel features a precision-machined, double anodized 34 mm aluminum spool with large line capacity that is braid-ready. This spool design allows confident long casts and reliable performance when using stronger lines commonly required for big predator fishing.

An additional feature of the series is the flipping switch, especially useful for anglers using pitching and flipping techniques in shallow water. Thanks to its robust construction and powerful gearing, the Lew's SuperDuty performs exceptionally well when targeting species such as pike, zander, bass, and other strong predators using heavy casting lures.
