Daiwa 25 Ballistic Air LT is a lightweight and sensitive spinning reel designed for fishing with tackle that requires precision and an appropriate reserve of power. The MQ construction with an oversized drive gear provides efficient power transmission, while the rigid ZAION body securely supports the mechanism and promotes smooth operation during intensive use.
AIRDRIVE Design combines a lightweight ZAION V AIRDRIVE ROTOR, AIRDRIVE SPOOL, AIRDRIVE SHAFT and AIRDRIVE BAIL. Reduced weight at the front of the reel improves balance and sensitivity, while the spool lip profile minimizes friction as the line leaves the spool. The bail design also helps reduce the risk of line becoming wrapped around the bail arm and line roller.
The ATD Type-L drag provides smooth line release under load, while MagSealed protection on the main shaft helps prevent water and contaminants from entering the mechanism. The CNC machined aluminium drive gear improves durability, while PC Power Custom versions use a larger body and are designed for heavier lures and higher loads.
