Daiwa 26 Zillion TW is a series of size 150 baitcasting reels designed for fishing with medium and heavy lures. Built for powerful casting, reliable spool control and smooth performance under load, these reels are suitable for a wide range of predator fishing techniques. Daiwa recommends a lure weight range of approximately 14–100 g, making the series particularly well suited to pike fishing with larger soft lures, crankbaits, swimbaits and jerkbaits. The Mag-Z Boost magnetic braking system controls spool speed throughout the cast. Stronger braking during the initial acceleration helps reduce the risk of backlashes, while reduced resistance later in the cast allows the spool to maintain speed and achieve longer casting distances. The T-Wing System (TWS) further improves casting performance by reducing line friction at the line guide. A 36 mm G1 duralumin spool is designed to handle thicker fishing lines.
