Wob-Art Ukleja (Bleak) XL LL Lipless is a range of handcrafted sinking lipless lures from the Polish brand Wob-Art, designed for spinning for predatory fish at different depths. The slim, realistic body closely imitates a bleak, a small freshwater baitfish that forms part of the natural diet of many predators. Its sinking design and carefully balanced construction make it particularly suitable for pike, zander and asp fishing. Combining a natural baitfish profile with subtle swimming action and a distinctive fluttering fall, the Ukleja XL LL offers an interesting option for anglers who regularly use pauses and changes of retrieve speed.
During a steady retrieve, the Wob-Art Ukleja XL LL produces a restrained swimming action, with gentle tail movement and a subtle side-to-side rolling motion. Its lipless design creates very little resistance in the water and does not cause the lure to dive automatically during retrieval. This allows anglers to work it through shallower water when required, despite its sinking construction. The understated action resembles a naturally swimming bleak,...

The understated action resembles a naturally swimming bleak, making the lure suitable for presentations where excessive vibration is unnecessary. It can be retrieved steadily or worked with deliberate pauses to vary its movement and depth.
The most distinctive feature of the Ukleja XL LL is its slow, fluttering action during the fall. When the retrieve is stopped, the lure sinks relatively slowly while maintaining an almost horizontal position. As it descends, the body rocks from side to side and produces noticeable flashes, resembling a weakened or sinking baitfish. This movement is particularly interesting when targeting zander and pike, but can also attract the attention of asp. Designed for long-distance casting, the lure is also suitable for boat fishing over deeper water. Alternating steady retrieves with short or extended pauses allows anglers to take advantage of both its subtle swimming action and its distinctive flashing descent.
The available BXLL model measures 8.5 cm (3.35 in), weighs 15 g and has a sinking action. Wob-Art lures are individually handcrafted and hand-painted, with careful attention to finishing details, weight distribution and swimming performance. The combination of a natural bleak profile, long-casting capability and a slow, side-to-side fluttering fall makes the Ukleja XL LL an interesting choice for freshwater predator fishing. This lipless lure is particularly well suited to anglers who want to use more than a simple steady retrieve, taking full advantage of the lure's movement during the sinking phase when targeting pike, zander and asp.

WOB-ART lures are the result of many years of experience in spinning fishing, as well as in the construction and design of wobblers. Hand-made and signed with the initials of MW for over a dozen years, they have been the "secret weapon" of many outstanding spinning enthusiasts. It is thanks to them that many record fish specimens have been caught and fishing competitions won.
