Fish Arrow Flash-J Fly Elastomer 1.3 – Soft Fishing Lures
Price from $11.17 View productsSmall baitfish lures with a reflective tail for perch fishing
Fish Arrow Flash-J Fly Elastomer 1.3 is a small soft fishing lure measuring 1.3 inches (approximately 3.3 cm), designed for targeting predatory fish feeding on tiny baitfish. Its realistic baitfish-shaped body is combined with a tail made from fine, reflective tinsel strands. This design creates subtle movement and additional flashes of light as the lure moves through the water. Its compact size makes it particularly suitable for perch fishing when predators are feeding on small fry.
The Flash-J Fly Elastomer body is made from durable, highly buoyant elastomer material. This flexible material offers excellent resistance to stretching and helps the lure maintain a natural presentation in the water. Its buoyancy is especially useful during slow retrieves and delicate rod movements, allowing anglers to control the presentation of this lightweight lure in the water column.

A distinctive feature of the Flash-J Fly Elastomer is its tail made from reflective tinsel strands, which catch and reflect light as the lure moves. The strands are secured using a specially designed screw-in attachment to help prevent them from coming loose during casting, retrieving and fighting fish. When the body moves gently from side to side, the tail produces a subtle shimmering effect. During sharper twitches, the reflective strands accentuate the lure's movements, imitating a small baitfish trying to escape.
Fish Arrow Flash-J Fly Elastomer 1.3 is designed for presentations such as hover strolling, mid-strolling and micro wind. During slow retrieves, the lure can produce subtle movements and a gentle side-to-side rolling action. Short, sharper rod movements create quick, irregular darts that resemble the behaviour of frightened baitfish. These different presentation styles allow anglers to adapt their approach to the activity of predatory fish, particularly when they are focused on very small prey.
The body features specially designed hook guide holes for easier and more accurate rigging. This practical detail is particularly useful when working with highly elastic materials, which can be more difficult to rig than conventional soft plastics. Fish Arrow Flash-J Fly Elastomer 1.3 is available in a range of colours, including natural baitfish patterns. Each pack contains 3 lures. It is an interesting choice for anglers looking for a compact baitfish imitation with subtle action, a buoyant body and an eye-catching reflective tail.
Fish Arrow
The Japanese Fish Arrow brand was founded in 1999 in Osaka. Focusing on innovation and searching for its own style from the very beginning, the company created a unique series of lures, Flash-J, with a characteristic aluminum foil immersed in the interior of the lure. Other features that distinguish the brand's products are high quality and hunting. The team developing those baits includes both excellent Japanese handcraft masters and greats anglers / testers.
