Corrosion-resistant graphite body, CFR rotor and aluminium spool

The Okuma Scorpio SP FD spinning reel features a corrosion-resistant graphite body and a CFR rotor designed to promote airflow. Its metallic black and purple finish gives the reel a distinctive appearance. The reel features an elliptical gearing system and a computer-balanced RESII rotor. The Quick-Set anti-reverse system prevents backward rotation, while the EFR-II line roller is supported by a bearing. The multi-disc drag system uses Japanese oiled felt washers. The Scorpio SP FD is equipped with a machined aluminium spool featuring a smooth spool lip and comes with a spare graphite spool. Additional features include a machined brass pinion gear, a metal handle with a flat TPE grip and a Gunsmoke anodised bail wire.
