DAM Nova Match - Match Fishing Rod

DAM Nova Match is a float fishing rod designed for match fishing, primarily using waggler floats. With a length of 3.00 m, it is suitable for fishing at short to medium distances, particularly on small lakes, ponds and slower sections of rivers. The rod can be used to target coarse fish such as roach, bream and crucian carp. Its shorter design makes it easier to handle rigs in fishing spots where casting space is limited.

The DAM Nova Match rod has a casting weight of 3–15 g, allowing anglers to use lightweight float fishing rigs and appropriately sized waggler floats. This casting weight range is ideal for delicate fishing techniques where matching the weight of the rig to the casting distance and fishing conditions is important. The rod can be paired with a match fishing reel and a line designed for float fishing. Its 3.00 m length provides comfortable handling when casting, controlling the float and playing fish on smaller waters.

The DAM Nova Match is available in a 3.00 m version with a casting weight of 3–15 g. The rod features a three-piece construction, giving it a transport length of 106 cm. It weighs 246 g. These specifications make it a practical choice for anglers looking for a shorter match fishing rod for recreational float fishing. This model is suitable for both beginners learning match fishing techniques and anglers who prefer lightweight float fishing rigs and fishing on smaller bodies of water.
