Fly rods for Euro nymphing and light dry fly fishing

Guideline LPs are lightweight fly rods from the Light Presentation Series, designed for Euro nymphing and light dry fly fishing. They are aimed at beginner to intermediate anglers looking for good balance, sensitivity and easy line control. The blanks are built from high-modulus 36/30 graphite with reduced resin content. Their forgiving Medium/Fast Flex action is combined with tip sections that can handle thin Euro-style leaders down to 6X–7X. A downlocking reel seat positions the reel close to the butt to improve balance and sensitivity when nymphing. The reversed half wells handle tapers towards the blank, allowing easier finger contact with the rod for better bite detection. The rods feature lightweight guides, a hook keeper and a small EVA fighting butt. They are supplied with a rod bag and a lightweight rod tube.
