Predator Fishing Lures for modern lure fishing

Types of artificial fishing lures
Artificial lures can be divided into two main groups: hard lures and soft baits.
Most of the lures are hard because they are made of various materials: wood (most often linden or balsa wood, which floats well), plastic, metal. Soft plastic lures are made of special soft mixtures of rubber or silicone, to which other ingredients such as salt or scent attractors are added.
Wobblers - fishing lures with a rudder. The shape, angle of inclination and length of this important element affect the diving depth of the lure. A short lip, which is also inclined more perpendicularly to the axis of the wobbler, will cause a shallow dive and work close to the surface of the water. Asp wobblers are a good example here.
On the other hand, the long lip of the crankbait and a small angle of inclination to the axis of the crankbait will cause the lure to dive deep, even 5-10 meters. Trolling wobblers often have such a rudder.
The so-called soft lures - extremely popular for catching species such as zander, perch, pike and trout in trout area fisheries. Of course, soft baits can be used to catch freshwater species and those found in the seas and oceans (Sea Fishing Soft Bait).
Structurally, these soft lures have various shapes, from those imitating fish, to those imitating various types of worms, larvae, crayfish or other organisms living in or near the water environment. Bait is one thing, but you also need to equip it with a hook or a jig head.

Spin tail are extremely popular spinning lures for catching perch and other predators. It is nothing more than a combination of a cranckbait body and a spinner tail (the same as in the spinner bait).
Lipless lures - similar to crankbaits, but without a lip. Thanks to this modification, these baits work in a different way, and in fact the angler must be more active and animate the lure with the movements of the rod. These are popular as pike fishing lures for the largest predators using the jerk method.
