Lures Natręt
Wob-Art Natręt is a small, handcrafted floating lure from the Polish brand Wob-Art, designed for targeting cautious fish in rivers and stillwaters. Despite its compact size, the lure produces a subtle yet clearly noticeable swimming action that allows for a delicate presentation. Natręt is particularly suitable for chub, ide, trout and perch fishing, especially in situations where fish are wary and reluctant to take larger or more aggressive lures. Its small profile makes it an interesting option for anglers who prefer precise presentations with lightweight spinning tackle.
Wob-Art Natręt was developed primarily for river fishing and can also be used effectively in strong currents. Its distinctive swimming action allows the lure to be presented in flowing water, while its compact body is well suited to targeting fish feeding on small prey. The lure is also suitable for lakes, ponds and other stillwaters, offering versatility across different fishing environments. In addition to chub, ide, trout and perch, the manufacturer also identifies barbel and rudd among the species that can be caught with this small lure. Its delicate presentation makes it particularly interesting when targeting cautious fish in frequently fished waters.
An unusual feature of Wob-Art Natręt is its fin-shaped attachment, which allows anglers to modify the lure's hook arrangement. According to the manufacturer, the attachment can be removed and the treble hook repositioned at the rear of the lure, provided that a thinner split ring is used. This modification produces a finer, more subtle swimming action, giving anglers the opportunity to adjust the lure's behaviour to their preferences and fishing conditions. Such flexibility can be useful when experimenting with different presentations for fish that respond better to restrained movements.
The available BAFSDR model measures 2.5 cm (1.0 in), weighs 2 g and has a floating design. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for accurate, delicate fishing, particularly when larger lures fail to attract attention. Wob-Art Natręt is individually handcrafted and hand-painted, with careful attention to the finishing details and its characteristic action in the water. It is an interesting choice for spinning anglers looking for a small floating lure that can be used in both flowing and calm waters, where a controlled and subtle presentation is often important.
