Wob-Art Ukleja (Bleak) XL ST Seatrout is a range of handcrafted saltwater fishing lures from the Polish brand Wob-Art, developed specifically for targeting sea trout and salmon. Despite the Ukleja name, which refers to a bleak, this particular model features a realistic body shape designed to imitate a herring, an important natural prey fish for marine predators. Its sinking construction and carefully finished appearance make it particularly suitable for winter sea trout and salmon fishing, as well as saltwater trolling. The ST Seatrout version is designed for anglers looking for a natural baitfish imitation adapted to coastal fishing conditions.
One of the distinctive features of the Wob-Art Ukleja XL ST Seatrout is its hand-painted finish with fine UV-reflective details. These carefully applied elements are intended to enhance the lure's visual appeal to predatory fish when suitable underwater light conditions are present. This can be particularly relevant during winter fishing, when the sun remains low above the horizon and less light reaches deeper parts of the water column. The...

The manufacturer highlights the importance of these UV-reflective accents when targeting sea trout and salmon in reduced underwater light. Unlike glow-in-the-dark finishes, the reflective details work by interacting with available ultraviolet light rather than producing their own illumination.
Wob-Art Ukleja XL ST Seatrout is designed for marine fishing, with particular emphasis on winter conditions and the pursuit of sea trout and salmon. Its realistic herring profile offers an imitation of a familiar marine baitfish, while the sinking design allows anglers to adjust the presentation according to the fishing conditions. The lure is also intended for saltwater trolling, providing an additional option for anglers searching for salmonids over larger areas of water. The combination of a natural baitfish silhouette and UV-reflective painted details distinguishes the ST Seatrout from other models in the Ukleja XL range. It is particularly interesting for fishing situations where underwater visibility and the appearance of the lure are important considerations.
The available BXST model measures 8.5 cm (3.35 in), weighs 23 g and features a sinking design. Wob-Art lures are individually handcrafted and hand-painted, with careful attention to the realistic appearance of the baitfish and the quality of the finish. The ST Seatrout version combines a herring-inspired shape, UV-reflective accents and a construction developed for saltwater applications. It is an interesting option for anglers searching for handmade fishing lures for sea trout and salmon, especially during winter coastal fishing and saltwater trolling. Its distinctive finish and marine-specific design make it a specialised addition to the Wob-Art range of hard lures.
