The suspending version of our BATTLE MINNOW 80 is a fantastic jerkbait minnow suited to slow rivers and lakes, particularly when predators are sitting under shoals of fry. The BATTLE MINNOW 80 SP is designed specifically for predators focused on chasing small prey. The slender, sleek body and small lip generate a nonchalant swimming action at slow speeds, moving like an easy prey fish. Fished faster the lure is more nervous and darts unpredictably when twitched and jerked imitating a panicked fish and sure to reaction takes from any following predator. The BATTLE MINNOW 80 SP has a weight transfer system to help gain extra meters on the cast. Great for light fishing for perch, asp, trout, chub, black bass and pike.
