Shimano Bantam Rip Flash is a floating minnow-style lure designed primarily for twitching. Sharp rod movements make the lure dart from side to side and produce strong flashes, helping to attract predatory fish even when they are holding below the lure's running depth.
Flashing action with added stability at speed
The Jerk Assist Balancer system helps keep the lure stable during aggressive twitches and faster retrieves. Its defined body edges encourage sharp changes of direction and strong flashes from the sides, while the built-in rattle adds an extra sound signal to attract fish.
Rip Flash is not limited to aggressive twitching. It also produces an attractive action on a steady retrieve, allowing anglers to combine smooth sections with short bursts of twitches and pauses to vary the presentation.
The range includes two running-depth options: the 115F works down to approximately 1 m, while the 115FMD reaches around 1.7 m. This makes it easy to choose the right version for the depth being fished while keeping the same characteristic presentation.
