Shimano Cardiff Roll Swimmer are compact spoons designed primarily for trout fishing. Their short, rounded profile grips the water well and produces a wide, pronounced action, particularly at very slow retrieve speeds.
Strong action at slow retrieve speeds
Roll Swimmer maintains a clearly visible action even when retrieved slowly. The body rocks and rolls from side to side, keeping the lure attractive when trout respond better to a slower and more controlled presentation.
The series is well suited to Area Trout fishing, but can also be used in natural rivers and lakes. In addition to trout, Roll Swimmer can also attract species such as perch, chub and ide. The spoons are equipped with a single hook, making them well suited to light spoon fishing.
Cardiff Roll Swimmer is available in several weights and sizes, allowing anglers to choose between delicate presentations, longer casting and fishing slightly deeper water.
